Welcome to a cozy gem in a spectacular location! Your perfect mountain getaway is located in the historic district in Breckenridge, only 2 blocks from Main Street. Traveling in a large group? Wedding? Girls Weekend? We have two other condos that share the same building and floor. Take a walk, or drive two blocks to Main Street with countless restaurants, bars, spas, and a plethora of shopping. What about skiing? You're in the right spot! You're just 3 blocks to Quick Silver ski lift, take a walk or catch the bus on the South Side of the building. Carter Park is right in the backyard and offers a free tubing hill (we have sleds here), sand volleyball, hiking, and mountain biking trails. Take dinner outside with the BBQ on the spacious patio. Too chilly? No big! Cook dinner in the full chef’s kitchen. Packed too light? There's a washer and dryer for all of your washing needs! If your crew is car-less, the grocery store is even a block away. Enjoy the large flat-screen Smart TV with Internet-Based TV programming (No Cable), such as Netflix & Hulu. Winter Highlights:
Quicksilver Chairlift- just 3 blocks away you’ll arrive at the fastest people mover in the country, loading two high-speed 6 person chairs at once making it capable of moving 3000 people an hour.
Downtown Breckenridge- the home of many unique restaurants, breweries, and shops local to Breck.
Snow Sculpture Contest- an annual treat held in the last week of January. From Snow Sculptures to Ice Castles, it’s a crowd-pleaser! The Ice Castle stays open until the end of March for your enjoyment.
Staying In- Relax in the communal 7 person luxurious hot tub on the deck of this complex while enjoying the view of the Breckenridge slopes.

Summer Highlights:
Downtown Breckenridge- Enjoy downtown year-round! Perfect for a delicious bite, cold brew, and great shops. In the summer, Downtown is home to Oktoberfest, Pro Cycling Challenge, 4th of July Parade, and more.
Biking-Take a nice ride on the 9-mile paved path alongside Blue River. Mountain biking is available right outside the condo.
Thrills for the Family- Head over to Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. River rafting can be found on the mellow Blue River. The Breckenridge Pro Rodeo and National Repertory Orchestra concerts are definite crowd-pleasers!

When you arrive, go directly to the condo where you will find a keypad on the door. Feel free to check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Once you open the door, there will be a parking pass hanging on the nail by the front door. Put this pass on your dashboard to allow access to the parking lot. You can use the shared hot tub on the right side of the condo up the small flight of stairs.

The Ten Mile Suites condominium complex is located on French Street, in the Historic District, within walking distance (2 blocks) to downtown where all of the shops and bars are in Breckenridge yet it is in a quiet location. It is also a 10-12 minute walk from the Super Six chairlift. Great location! Cater back is basically in the backyard with the best FREE tubing hill in Breckenridge and a park for the kids to play at. The ice rink is also a short walk to get to. A free shuttle stop is also located nearby the complex. New construction in the historical district of town. This condo is close to everything you want to do in Breckenridge. Go have a good time and walk home! For up to eight guests, this luxury condo is at the heart of Breckenridge. From here, you’ll have easy access to the slopes, downtown, and rugged trails. It’s a sprawling 2 bed 2 bath retreat about 1900 square feet in size, a large master with a fireplace and 55” flat-screen TV, has a dining area and living area, patio as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The space comes with complimentary internet access, free parking and is next to a free sledding hill, sand volleyball pit, and hiking trails. This beautiful condo is newer construction in the charming historic district. Walking distance to main street dining & shops, the quick silver ski lift, grocery and liquor store, and the ice rink. Situated in the heart of everything Breck has to offer, yet away from the busyness. Shared hot tub for star gazing and soaking tired muscles, Free parking, and a Free Bus stop on the south side of the building. Even after the snow season is over, this is a fun place to stay if you enjoy golf, hiking trails, and local attractions like touring a gold mine.

You can pretty much walk to everything in town, however, there is a bus stop right in front of the condos that you can use to get around. We also have free parking right out the front door. Free outside parking for 1 car, near a FREE bus stop. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, FREE tubing hill, park, ice rink, quicksilver chair lift, and the blue river.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
