- Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6 and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds, a primary suite with a fireplace and a large smart TV, a smart TV and ceiling fan in the second bedroom, and a tub/shower combo in the first bathroom
- We also provide a pack-n-play, a highchair, and kids' plates and utensils, as well as portable fans to ensure your comfort during your stay
- The property offers access to a variety of outdoor activities, including a free tubing hill (sleds provided), sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, and hiking trails
- After a day of adventure, relax in the communal hot tub shared by only 7 units
- Inside the condo, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large flat-screen TV with internet-based programming such as Netflix and Hulu

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

I fell in love with Destin's modern feel, emerald waters, sandy beaches, and great food. Not only is Destin a great beach vacation, it's also a great place to explore hiking trails, new restaurants, world-class beaches, and so much more. Each property in Destin has beach and pool access, stunning ocean views, and is equipped with everything you need to make memories with your crew. In 2021, we bought a home in 30A that has quickly become one of my favorite places in the world. This luxury home sleeps 8 and is bound to leave a lasting impression. Right outside, there's beach access 5 minutes to your left and right with bikes and a golf cart available to get you there. 30A also has great dining experiences throughout and fun for the whole family! Our 3 condos in Breckenridge are a perfect place for family reunions, girls weekends, and so much more. Bring your whole crew out to hit the slopes or soak in the sunshine. From the condos you can access Quicksilver Chairlift, downtown Breckenridge, world class hiking, and tubing hills all on foot, no need to get a rental car!
