Welcome to our pet-friendly desert oasis! We’re happy to consider your well-behaved pooch for a $50 per night fee (and even a second one for an additional $25 per night fee), but keep in mind this is wildlife territory—think desert critters and cacti! Just a friendly heads-up: if your dog’s got a strong chase instinct and bolts after a bird, desert critter, or cactus, you could be looking at a vet bill up to $1,000 (we’re not kidding—our friend learned this the hard way). Please note: we're not liable for any wildlife or cactus-related mishaps.
As for cleanup, let’s keep paradise pristine: please pick up after your pup, or a $10 per poo pick-up fee will apply. And if there's a trail of hair left behind, there may be an additional cleaning charge. Let’s keep things cactus-safe and fur-free for everyone! 🌵🐾

Our home is designed for fun and relaxation, but here are a few important notes to make the most of your stay:
* Pool Heating: To keep those desert evenings cozy, pool heating is available for $75 per night, required for the full length of your stay. No need to decide now—you can let us know up to 2 days before check-in.
* Pool Safety: We love families, and our pool is fantastic for everyone! But please keep in mind, the pool is deep, and no diving is allowed. If you’re traveling with small children, note that the pool is not fenced and does not have an alarm—Arizona style, we keep things open!
Wildlife and Insects: Welcome to the desert! Cave Creek is home to some fascinating wildlife and insects, so always keep an eye out. We’re not liable for any encounters with our local habitat—consider them part of the charm! (We haven’t encountered anything in the few weeks we’ve stayed, but our vacation home is in the heart of the desert.)
* Use at Your Own Risk: Enjoy the hot tub, fire features, pool, basketball court, corn hole, volleyball/pickle ball, axe throwing, putt-putt course, etc to the fullest—but please, use them responsibly and at your own risk.
